Day 1 - Arrival
Arrive at Yangon airport, meet your representative and transfer by private vehicle to the hotel to check in for a one-night stay. The afternoon is free for you to explore the city or relax at the hotel. If you are up to it make a trip to the Shwedagon Pagoda, which is one of the highlights of Yangon city.

Day 2 - Cruise
Today morning you will fly to Mandalay to board your cruise. On board, you can enjoy a breakfast in a private area by the illustrious Royal Lake, before visiting the magnificent U-Bein Bridge. Mahamuni Pagoda and the Shwe In Bin monastery, a beautifully carved teak monastery. After lunch board, a tuk-tuk to explore Mingun the old capital city and visit the unfinished Pagoda where you can see the Mingun Bell claimed to be the largest un-cracked hanging bell in the world. Enjoy a beautiful sunset over the Ayeyarwady river while enjoying some sundowners.

Day 3 - Cruise
Today after breakfast you will visit Ava the capital of successive kingdoms from 14th - 19th centuries. Today your mode of transport will be horse carts, taking you through a city that has been ravaged by war & natural calamities and rebuilt again. You will also visit the Yadana Shemee & Wingba temples in Ava as you traverse through the abandoned ruins of a once majestic city. After lunch, you can kick back and relax as the cruise travels towards Bagan. The cruise organises workshops and some talented performances from local artists for you to spend your afternoon enjoying. For dinner, the cruise will moor on a remote section of the Ayeyarwady giving you a chance to experience river life at night.

Day 4 - Cruise
Today morning the cruise arrives in Bagan. Here you get to go on the Bagan Heritage trail and get to see the over 1000 temples dotting the plains of Bagan. Visit the Shwezigon Pagoda, where you will be awestruck by the gold leaf decor. After lunch, you will visit the magnificent Shwe San Daw temple and the stunning Sulamani temple. After watching a sunset and enjoying a cocktail have a festive farewell dinner to end your day.

Day 5 - Yangon
After breakfast, you will disembark and fly to Yangon and head to your hotel. Once there the rest of the day is free for you to explore the city.

Day 6 - Departure
Transfer to Yangan airport to board your overnight flight home.
Day 7 - Arrival home
Arrive London Heathrow early this morning.
