Passports & Visas: British passport holders do not require a visa.  Currency: Thai Baht (THB).  Flight Time:  Approx 12 hours to Bangkok and 14 hours to Phuket. Language:  English is widely spoken. 
 

BEST TIME TO GO

November and March - temperatures are more comfortable. The east coast islands have good conditions from March to July, whilst October and November can be high in rainfall. April and October are transitional months, which see a switch in prevailing monsoons.
