May to October are generally considered the best times of year to travel with average temperatures around 30°C. Rainy season is between December and March.

The Dining Room and Bar at Amanwana are located in an open-air pavilion, that overlooks the beautiful Amanwana Bay. The menu is made up of Asian and Western food.

Private dining can be arranged - romantic campfire dinners on the beach or cruises under the starlight.

Amanwana features 20 luxury tents set under a canopy of tropical forest. Each tent is 58 square metres with a solid foundation and wooden flooring and walls with a waterproof canvas ceiling. Each tent is air conditioned and features Indonesian art work, a spacious sitting area with facing divans a king-size bed and a large bathroom.

The tents are all identical in size and layout they just differ in location and view - either Ocean or Jungle.

Amanwana is a wonderful place for families and children - the resort provides an adventure playground and opportunity to educate them about nature. The resort has many child friendly activities available including fish feeding, coconut leaf bird making, sand castle building and hair braiding.
