How to get there

Fly into Sir Seewoosagar Ramgoolam International Airport. Mauritius is well connected with daily flights to international hubs such as London, Singapore, Paris or Dubai. The hotel is about an hour away from the airport. 

Best time to go

The most pleasant times to visit Mauritius are between April and June and also between September and December. Mauritius is located in the southern hemisphere, therefore the summer and winter months are the opposite to those of Europe.

Archipel - Archipel restaurant is located in the main building, overlooking the pool and the beach and is partly open-air. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offer `a la carte menus with light Mauritian enhanced gourmet food and themed buffet dinners.

Le Barachois - The unique floating seafood restaurant is comprised of five decks and located among the natural fish reserve, which is reached via a wooden pathway. Le Barachois overlooks the lagoon with an unspoiled view of a mountain range and the sunset is breathtaking. The restaurant is open for dinner only.

Le Beach Deck - This restaurant is located on a wooden deck directly on the beach. It is open for lunch, offering a light `a la carte menu and snacks and is open for dinner for special themed evenings.

Laguna Bar - situated in the main building with two sundecks this bar overlooks the pool and beach. It is perfect for getting a sundowner, and some live entertainment before dinner.

Junior Suites - These suites are in thatched roofed buildings with a maximum of 8 suites per building. There are 56 suites on the ground and first floor with a sea view or overlooking the tropical garden. 8 of these suites have direct access to the beach and 8 others sit on stilts overlooking the natural fish reserve. They are each comprised of one bedroom with a sitting area and interconnecting Junior Suites are available.

Family Suites - These suites are in thatched roofed buildings and are comprised of one main en-suite bedroom, a sitting area, a children's room with bunk beds and a bathroom. Ten of these suites are either on the ground floor or first floor with a sea view or overlooking the tropical garden and 2 suites have direct access to the beach.

Villas - These are individual villas with a thatched roof. Some villas offer direct beach access and a heated private pool while 3 others (without private pool) are on stilts overlooking the natural fish reserve. In addition to the standard facilities, the suites are comprised of a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, outdoor soaking bath, separate living room with dining/seating area, and a guest shower.

Princely Suite - These suites are located directly on the beach in a secluded part of the hotel grounds offering the utmost privacy. The Princely Suite also benefits from three individual terraces each facing a different part of the ocean and the lagoon and are comprised of 2 Junior Suites and 1 Villa with a patio. They are similarly equipped as Junior Suites and Villas. In addition, there is a kitchenette for service staff, terraces with dining/seating area and 2 heated private pools.
