Uma Paro is an intimate resort that features some of the most exclusive private villas in Bhutan. Conveniently located in the Paro Valley, it is just a short distance from the town of Paro where many cultural landmarks can be found, notably the Paro Dzong. The Paro Valley is a spot of natural beauty and you'll find that beautiful sights surround the resort, pack a picnic and go for a hike in the area for a fun day out. The suites and villas themselves are seriously luxurious, with their light decor the spacious rooms feel even more airy. The feeling of luxury extends throughout the resort, and you'll find that a range of excellent facilities are on offer, including a spa, yoga studio, and gym.

Best time to go

The best time to visit Bhutan is from October to May as the climate is mostly dry and sunny. In December and January, snow may block some mountain passes causing restricted travel.
