Kerala, India

Best time to go

The best time to visit Kerala is from October to March, when the weather lacks the humidity of the summer months and is therefore at its most pleasant. The winter months follow in the wake of monsoon season, and many of Kerala’s famous temple festivals take place at this time.

At Kumarakom, the pace of life is deliciously slow, the serenity of its surroundings providing the perfect atmosphere for absolute relaxation. Opportunities for romance exist at every turn, and as such, this is the perfect destination for honeymooning couples. The unadulterated luxury of a stay at Kumarakom, however, makes it an excellent choice for anyone hoping to visit Kerala.
