Gordon Ramsay "Pops Up" At Amilla Fushi
In the next 12 months Amilla Fushi’s renowned food hub – Baazaar will play host to a number of culinary experiences including visits from the team at Gordon Ramsay’s acclaimed Bread Street Kitchen.
The London based restaurant will showcase it’s impressive abilities on a select number of dates, starting with 1-10th May 2017, with a further three Bread Street Kitchen pop-ups scheduled for 16 – 27 October, 19 December 2017 to 10 January 2018 and 23 March to 7 April 2018.
The menu for these pop up’s will be given a Maldivian twist specially for Amilla Fushi, dishes will include Grass-fed meats cooked on an open flame grill, that will sit alongside classics recreated using local ingredients, such as Red Snapper carpaccio, avocado, horseradish, ginger dressing and wakame.
The food won’t be the only thing on the menu being shaken up; the cocktails will also feature a unique Maldivian Twist bringing tropical flavour to their classic cocktails. The fruity Grey Goose Royal will feature Grey Goose vodka, passion fruit, Aperol, lime, and Testulat Brut cart d’Or, whilst “It’s About Thyme” will use a refreshing vodka with Limoncello, Champagne, thyme syrup and lemon foam.
The Bread Street Kitchen pop-up event will be but one of many as Amilla continue to prove their reputation for culinary excellence.
