The Deck - Authentic Thai cuisine is beautiful prepared and served at this expansive oceanfront restaurant. It's the hub for Trisara and is framed by towering palm trees. They celebrate local, organic produce which is combined with international ingredients it makes for an exciting and satisfying menu.
Trisara Seafood - An elegant dining experience either on the beach or within their cool restaurant. Inspired by the seafood restaurants of Capri, Sydney and Saint Tropez, the head chef picks the freshest seafood from Phuket's markets daily, as well it the very best flown in from the Mediterranean.
Sunday Jazz Brunch - As popular with hotel guests as it is with the locals, the Sunday Jazz Bunch has become iconic in Phuket. Fresh seafood, perfectly executed tapas and a vast selection of petits fours and desserts are all served while being accompanied by live jazz music.
There is also a beachfront barbecue and private poolside barbeques - the perfect spot to watching the sunset.
