Pierre - Offering sweeping views across Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong City, Pierre on the 25th floor of the Mandarin Oriental offers a chic setting for phenomenal French cuisine at this two Michelin star rated restaurant. Pierre's protégé Jean-Denis le Bras and his team's culinary specialities with creative combinations perfectly paired for possibly the finest taste experience in Hong Kong.

Cafe Causette - Serving a variety of Western and Asian dishes the Caf'e Causette is a firm favourite with Hong Kong locals and guests returning to the hotel. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Mandarin Burger and pizzas are considered some of the best in town. The show kitchens also offer great visual entertainment as guests watch meals being prepared by the chefs and kitchen staff. The high tea is also a favourite at this popular caf'e.

The Krug Room - Partnering the world's most prestigious champagne with the culinary talents of Executive Chef, Uwe Opocensky - the Krug Room offers an exclusive dining experience not to be missed. The luxurious train carriage decor gives guests a view of the fast moving kitchen through the carriage windows and offers an intimate setting for up to 12 dinner guests. The tantalising dinners vary daily and are enjoyed with a selection of Krug champagne to compliment the sensational taste experience offered.

The Chinnery - A warm, comfortable British colonial feel welcomes guests to The Chinnery with its deep armchairs, wood panelling and traditional whisky bar atmosphere. The menu offers traditional British fare said to be the best in Hong Kong, along with Indian favourites like Tikka Chicken and Rogan Josh. Complimented by the bar boasting over 120 varieties of whiskies and chilled draft beer served in a custom-made silver tankard - this is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the fine surroundings.

The Clipper Lounge - With an authentic feel of 1960's Hong Kong, the Clipper Lounge is a favourite for both social and business gatherings. The buffet offers a variety of foods to tantalise the taste buds and includes traditional western dishes and Chinese favourites. M Bar - Views from the 25th floor M Bar make this venue ideal for an afternoon rendezvous or simply to escape the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong city below. Man Wah - Traditional Chinese decor and an authentic Cantonese menu welcome diners to Man Wah.
