This custom-designed junk launched in 2006 was built following traditional codes giving it an authentic feel with all the modern luxuries a traveller requires. 125 Feet in length, the Ginger features three decks with an elegant restaurant, lounge, two bars and even a massage room. There are ten luxurious sleeping cabins providing guests with ample space to relax when not out and about experiencing local excursions.

The Ginger Junk is one of the best ways to explore the delights of Halong Bay, with its spectacular scenery, islands and extraordinary caves. You can keep your exploration simple and opt for a day trip, or you can take your time and embark on a two or three day cruise. Disembark along the way to explore the flora and fauna and the caves, as well as to swim and snorkel. The traditional Junk design sailing under its famous ginger sails adds to the unique flavour of Vietnam.

The ideal place to sample the exotic delights of Vietnamese cuisine, the restaurant boasts gourmet cuisine, attentive staff and cosy ambience. Lavish international breakfast buffets, casual, sit-down lunches of Vietnamese dishes, and formal dinners with delectable fusion cuisine are some of the most delicious highlights. All dishes are prepared to please both the eye and the palate. Special BBQ dinners are served on the sundeck on weekends.

The cabin size for the Ginger superior rooms is 14.0 m2, with two single beds in the room. The room is equipped with 2 panoramic windows and for families, a connecting room is also available.
GINGER DELUXE
The ginger deluxe rooms are 16.0m2 in space and have a queen sized bed for your comfort. The room also has three panoramic windows for you to enjoy the cruise from the comfort of your room.
