Melita is a very clever sculptural artist who's pulled in beautifully gnarled pieces of wood and broken shards of boat to make these zones feel incredibly smart but also utterly handmade - a twist and turn on island elegance. There's an overwater restaurant, a champagne bar and a spa being built on a separate island reached by a wooden walkway. Remember that it really is tiny and the water will be your world, but Song Saa is a beauty in the making.
