Mandalay Restaurant - Located in the original part of this former residence of the Kaya Governor, this is the main restaurant of the resort. Surrounded by the hotel's private tropical gardens, it serves fine Asian and European cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Burmese Curry Table - This fine buffet style restaurant serves local curries, vegetables and rice over authentic charcoal burners. Indulge in fresh and spicy salads with a delicious beer and delicate Burmese green tea, while enjoying the restaurant's stunning views across the hotel's gardens and ponds.

Kipling Bar - Named after Rudyard Kipling, the bar provides a chilled-out ambience in which to sample fine wines, signature cocktails, or high-quality teas and coffee.

Mindon Lounge - Perfect for unwinding in the evening, this al fresco colonial-style lounge offers fresh drinks and exotic delicacies of Myanmar in the wonderful outdoor surroundings.

Deluxe Rooms - The Deluxe Rooms - roomy and sumptuous - come with double or twin beds, comfortably accommodating 2 people with an extra bed available for a third.

Deluxe Garden Room - Scattered throughout The Governors Residence, the Deluxe Garden View Rooms boast magnificent views of the private lotus garden, towering trees and a free-form pond. Luxuriously decorated, these rooms offer double or twin beds.

Governor's Room - The Governor's Rooms are a blend of traditional materials and modern luxury. Elegantly finished with teak, silk and Burmese patterns with a contemporary accent, they have either king-size or twin queen-size beds and bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower.

Junior Suites - The Junior Suites - sumptuously decorated in tropical cottons and silks - overlook the private lotus garden, towering trees and a free-form pond. They provide one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room space. The large bathroom features a free-form terrazzo bath.

Two-bedroom Junior Suite - The Two-bedroom Junior Suite, located in The Governor's Residence, offers two connecting bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, making it a perfect family retreat. The suite can accommodate up to four guests and offers one bathroom featuring a large free-form terrazzo bath.
