Gaddi's - Crystal chandeliers and opulent décor have been welcoming diners to Gaddi's European cuisine for over 80 years. Specialising in French cuisine, the restaurant is well known for its delightful dishes and impeccable service. (No children under 12 at dinner).

Felix - Located with views across Victoria Bay and an ideal place from which to enjoy the light show, Felix offers a delightful modern European dinner menu. Chef Kaji combines the finest fresh seasonal ingredients with an equal emphasis on taste and health in his delicious menu creations. The soundproofed 'Crazy Box' area offers those who wish to tap their dancing shoes an opportunity to boogie with a floor that lights up where dancers tread. The Verandah - This open airy buffet restaurant is well liked by locals and returning guests for its high-quality meal options and friendly customer service. With a view overlooking the Peninsula entrance courtyard, it is an ideal setting for lunch or dinner to escape the busy Hong Kong streets. A private dining suite is available for business or group bookings. Casual dining with a sense of nostalgia.

Spring Moon - Chef Frankie Tang and his team bring to life the traditional Cantonese flavours in the superb Spring Moon Restaurant. The Dim Sum is a specialty along with an array of sea food delights served with interesting and modern touches. Classical 1920's décor with clean lines and Art Deco touches welcome diners to enjoy a delectable meal in true Asian style.

The Lobby - A firm favourite and dubbed as 'The' place to enjoy high tea - The Lobby at the Peninsula Hotel offers an all-day menu in iconic settings. The ideal place to meet or observe the buzz of the hotel, diners can enjoy classic Continental and South East Asian dishes to the sounds of the Lobby Strings, who perform daily. High Tea is a well-attended affair with visitors often queuing for the experience.

Imasa - Sushi, sashimi and other Japanese culinary pleasures invite the diner to Imasa. The contemporary Japanese décor is simple and elegant and while the restaurant does not boast views, it makes up for this with an unforgettable taste experience.

Chesa - With its wooden chalet setting and Swiss cuisine, diners could easily be fooled into thinking they're sitting amongst the Alps in Chesa's warm European ambience. The menu offers traditional Swiss food including fondue and raclette, as well as a selection of Swiss wines to compliment the rich flavours.

Superior Room - These rooms offer king-size or twin beds for 2 adults with views of Kowloon City. These tranquil rooms in the original building retain their high ceilings and classical proportions yet offer every modern five-star convenience, from complimentary wifi to a flat-screen swivel television as standard.

Superior Harbour View Suite: These rooms offer king-size or twin beds for up to 3 adults and views of the Victoria Harbour the Suite is situated on floors 17-21 of the Peninsula Tower. Separate lounge and dressing room and Blu-Ray 3D LED TV.

Deluxe Harbour View Suite - These rooms offer g king-size or twin beds for up to 3 adults and views of Victoria Harbour. Set up in an apartment style with separate living room with dining area, workstation, fireplace and sofa. There is also a spacious dressing room and bathroom with corner tub and walk in shower. Features include WiFi Blu-Ray LED TV, telescope and fully equipped audio visual centre.

Grand Deluxe Harbour View Suite - These rooms offer g king-size or twin beds for up to 3 adults and views of Victoria Harbour from the spacious corner suite. The spacious living area includes a dining area, making it ideal as a meeting area or to host guests. 3D Blu-Ray LED TV, fireplace, telescope and lounge ensure ample room to relax when not exploring the city. The spacious bathroom includes a corner bathtub with views of the city skyline.

The Marco Polo Suite - The former presidential suite offers two spacious en-suite bedrooms along with a separate living room decorated with Oriental art pieces. The ample space and facilities make this suite a popular choice for private functions.

The Peninsula Suite - Situated at the top of the Peninsula Tower, the suite offers panoramic views over Victoria Harbour and the surrounding city. Designed for those who are accustomed to the very best - the suite includes the spacious king-size bedroom, lavish bathroom, private gym, large dressing room, office area, cinema, lounge and dining area with 10 seated table. The fully equipped kitchen allows for private entertainment and a separate entrance is included for the services of the butler. For travel, a 24 hour private chauffeur is included.

Children are welcome at The Peninsula Hong Kong and special bathrobes are provided for them as well as activity kits, specialist equipment such as cots and bottle sterilisers and special room service menus. Babysitting can be provided. The Peninsula Kids' Academy occasionally runs cooking classes for 6-12 year olds with the hotel's chef.
