Best time to go

Generally speaking, the best months to visit China are in the spring or autumn months of April, May, September and October as temperatures are warm and it is fairly dry.

Fresh - Located by the coral beach, this completely al fresco restaurant offers contemporary Australian cuisine with French and Japanese influences. The menu features freshwater and saltwater seafood as well as shellfish, and a selection of premium meats and fresh poultry, all cooked on a unique wood and coconut fired grill.

Yi Yang - This sophisticated restaurant specialises in fine Cantonese cuisine. Yi Yang specialises in fresh seafood dishes and tempting dim sum treats, in addition to Hainanese specialities such as Wenchang Chicken and Dongshan Lamb.

Pavilion - This poolside dining venue is open all day. The generous breakfast buffet offers dim sum, noodles and live cooking stations, in addition to freshly squeezed juices.
